As one of the largest student-led events at the GSB, the eighth Climate, Business and Innovation Summit will bring together GSB students, alumni, and the wider Stanford community to explore the challenges and opportunities presented by climate change.

The GSB is a launchpad for leaders across industries. This summit meets a growing demand from students for deeper engagement with climate; not just as a specialization, but as a defining challenge and opportunity for modern business and societal leadership. 

We will elevate stories from creators, founders, and movement builders. Stories of risk, reinvention, and resolve. These moments inspire action not through facts alone but through emotional truth and lived experience. That is where lasting change begins.

In addition to GSB students, faculty, and staff, the event will also welcome alumni and the larger community at Stanford and beyond.

The GSB is uniquely positioned at the intersection of business, innovation, and climate. As the only professional-school-led climate event at Stanford, this summit showcases the GSB as a hub for students preparing to lead the transition to a sustainable future. 

As climate action hits key roadblocks, the stories we choose to tell and who tells them will shape what comes next. This summit won’t just talk about solutions. We will build the stories and inspire the storytellers who can shape the future.
